Stay away

Very high turnover of store management due to fear / panic driven ways of working. No annual reviews for people. Direction of company changes daily, along with multiple priorities that get lost due to every department running separately.

Stress at all the times

No support from managers used to promises you will give position giving more task to do but no raising the money or position for what you were doing. Is a lot of pressure at all the times even to go to the toilet you have to ask for permission. You have to be flexible for them but them for you not . They don't pay sickness . The environment at work is very bad and unhealthy that's why people keep leaving

Prada was the greatest experience I have received in working in retail, I have learned so much, the training that it was provided within the company was spectacular, Everyday was something new, from arraging stockrooms, shopfloors, dealing with general enquiries. I have learned the importances of maintaining a clientele base. I worked really closed with the department managers and Area Managers, in which helped me to gain more knowledge from them individually.
