Stress at all the times

Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Bicester village - 13 October 2022

No support from managers used to promises you will give position giving more task to do but no raising the money or position for what you were doing. Is a lot of pressure at all the times even to go to the toilet you have to ask for permission. You have to be flexible for them but them for you not . They don't pay sickness . The environment at work is very bad and unhealthy that's why people keep leaving

I had really good experience in there. People I worked with they are can not be more nice to me. Also, the management culture is impressive me so much.
