The interview process is just like any other job to be fair, takes a couple of weeks judging by how quickly you can fill out all the forms. If you’re based in Leeds, don’t bother as they don’t have many shifts actually in leeds like they say at the interview. I mostly did bradford, Wakefield, Harrogate and Wetherby. They don’t have your back when speaking with pharmacies, just try to cover themselves and leave you to fend for yourself. Fixed 12ph but wages on other agencies show rates change to almost up to 16ph when less than 24hrs. Once you have an issue with one of the recruiters they are very hostile towards you, I had a misunderstanding with them, owned up to my wrong doings and a week later got blocked and stopped receiving shifts. No message or anything. The work however is quite okay.

Great place to work

Easy contact with managers. They work with your schedule as you give availability every week. You get paid weekly if you fill your forms in on time .

The best company I have ever worked for. Pays well for hard work, always getting praised and pushed to grow myself in all aspects. Managers are lenient and value the hard work I always put in and always getting praised. Colleagues are friendly and professional.

Nasty and clicky

Feels like you have to know the owners or be of a certain ethnicity to be successful here. Stressed from day one and felt forced out which was probably a blessing. Avoid!!

They hire apprentices for the money but mainly fire people for the lack of communication towards other members, the manager smoked in the office, the workers in the office was nice to your face but talked behind your back.

Only place I have ever had work related stress

I worked here for 2 years, while every one seems lovely at first the boss smoked in the office constantly, his brother was aggressive and used abusive language. I was paid minimum wage for work I know get twice that for. The only upside was the other partner was fair.
