Technical Operator in Ashford

Renowned company with fading employment culture
The Premier Food is well-known and established big brand of large company including famous traditional food producers and their factories.Has a strategy to achieve stable solid reputation and brand.Creating good environment.Be a responsible and fair employer. The following review is therefore for Ashford site only! The factory is sadly maintaining weak working culture within the site. Weak behaviour bad habits and sometimes unprofessional relations between employees are still present unfortunately.Personal relations involved in promoting employees. The employees there are, for that reason, not treated fairly and justly. That is creating unhealthy competition. Decreasing employees' moral and satisfaction resulting mainly in theirs lower confidence. What the most driving valuable people with potential away. However the site employs some dedicated individuals providing excellent work in professional manner. Most important manage to keep maintaining a reputable and high standard of safety. As an employer offering a training and educational programs.

Very Unprofessional / No leadership
Was very unprofessional workplace, managers with no leadership and do the bare minimum. Would often come in to work with no plan or work to do and employees stand around for hours doing nothing. No continuous improvement strategies or processes to improve the company. Very behind company lacking in leadership, training and work ethic.

Excellent company and brilliant IT department
Manager / team are very friendly and brilliant to work with. You will definitely get exposure and also a great work life balance. Team night outs and social gatherings are great.

good place to work
The people I worked with were great to be with, helpful and considerate. Management team always looking out for you always made sure you took your breaks and that you were ok and confident with what you were doing. It's a pity my contract came to an end.

Not what you know, its who you know.
Very inbred company, far more likey to suceed if you have a relative or friend in the management or office roles rather then if you are talented. Middle management have more faces then a second hand watch shop.
