Poor. GM talks the talk but does not walk the walk, lazy and no interest in health and safety despite making the right noises. Health and safety management in my time there was embarrassing. Brilliant at creating spreadsheets, excellent at passing the buck and manipulating stats. Workforce, great bunch. All honest people working hard in stressful and extremely hot conditions. Training. Really good, training manager brilliant.
