Poor. GM talks the talk but does not walk the walk, lazy and no interest in health and safety despite making the right noises.

Health and safety management in my time there was embarrassing. Brilliant at creating spreadsheets, excellent at passing the buck and manipulating stats.

Workforce, great bunch. All honest people working hard in stressful and extremely hot conditions.

Training. Really good, training manager brilliant.

Not really, they asked what your doing at the interview and then offer the job, I had no experience at all and got the job the day after.

The hours are typical shift patterns, earlys then lates and also a night shift. 8 hour shifts. 2 tea breaks.

Very thorough and left out nothing.

25 days paid. 2 weeks notice required.

Look after your staff. And not the pct and so called management. To many sitting about doing very little.
