Productive and fun workplace
Working across departments. Good job security. If you have good management and team, the job is easy and fun. Not enough contracted hours. Working overtime during busy periods and not enough hours during quiet periods.

Very fast paced
Can be very stressful, especially on weekends. You don't know what time you'll finish as you don't know how many rooms you'll be cleaning and how dirty they'll be.

Can be very busy at times. 20minutes to do a room isnt always enough time especially if really messt. Can come in one day to only get 7 rooms and another day you have got 14 rooms to do. Plenty of overtime available.

Fun place to work
Loved this job so much when I was working here, friendly staff and management as well as easy shifts and fair pay. Only con would be the night shifts can drag and once the jobs are done there’s not much else to do

There's better places out there...
I wanted to work for Premier Inn as I love travelling and staying away so I knew the discount would come in handy. I only had a 16 hour contract so it wasn't really enough, and they said there was no overtime at all. I applied to be a receptionist and that part was ok. But I also had to be a fire marshall, security guard, house keeping and cleaning staff. For the rate of pay, doing all of those tasks on top is not worth it. Management was really poor.
