Premier Support Services Group is a Birmingham based property services company with six branch offices across England employing over 2,000 people. We aim to be a truly differentiated provider of property support services including daily office cleaning, supply of cleaning consumables, specialist cleaning, security, planned and reactive building –

We were established in Birmingham in 1989 by the Taylor family. Over the years, we have expanded to become one of the UK’s most respected support service contractors, providing a diverse range of tailored property maintenance services. We now have local branches locations in Bristol, London, Edinburgh, Leeds and Manchester, all managed by our central Head Office in Birmingham. Dedication, Community, Professionalism & Passion were the four primary beliefs when the company was set up some 30 years ago. These principles are still to this day at the heart of everything we do and encompasses everything that our Premier People stand for. Culture & Identity Workshop

In 2019 Premier Support Services officially launched our Core Values at a Culture & Identity Workshop! We recognised that Premier Support Services are led by 4 core values – Passion Professionalism Community Dedication These 4 principles are still at the heart of everything we do and encompasses everything that our Premier People stand for. We decided to take these ‘unwritten values’ and share them with each of our employees at an exciting event held at Aston Villa FC (much to the dismay of the non Villa supporters!!) Each of our 4 Core Values were expressed through a various mix of activities throughout the day designed to inspire our Premier People to be the best we can possibly be. Everyone had a brilliant day and we can’t wait for you to see what else is in store – keep up to date with our latest news!

COVID-19 Response

We have been working hard over the past few months to help ensure all our Premier People and customers are kept safe from COVID. Our teams have done a fantastic job! #PremierPeople

Welcome Back to Work Packs

Packing up our welcome back to work kits to help support our Premier People doing a fantastic job in these challenging circumstances. We're also installing sanitisation stations in our local branches, complete with temperature & oxygen checkers to ensure a safe working environment. #PremierPeople
