Only been with premier for couple months but I get on very well with my manager. I work at a logistics warehouse as a cleaner and everyone there are great and friendly if I need help with anything they always there to help.

School was great place to work for

Worked for premeire for the last 8 years was tuped over , has been great for the first 6 years then the last 2 have been a nightmare pay is always wrong since they started the clocking in on the phone ,managers change monthly , never saw a senior member of staff all through lockdown ,never get cover when staff are off, you feel forgotten and ignored , what a shambles how they keep contracts I don’t know. Pay is well below what you should get

Absolutely shocking

Worked for them as a tranfer (tupe) ended up quitting due to them been the worst company i have worked for.Pay never right, management rude, contract was forged!! Ssp not paid!The list went on, and so after another month of not getting paid i had to quit.Do not work for them.We were a team of 6 cleaners and 3 of us have quit due to not been paid right or not getting paid at all.Avoid this company at all costs....

Fun work place

I've returned to Premier after working with them many many years ago and they were great then and am still a great company to work for and my manager is great always paid on time .

Premier support services nil Caledonian 10

BUT not the actual company. I love working in my placement offices, shame about Premier support services from year one of 4 years working for them my wages have constantly been wrong

Supportive Management

I’ve worked for Premier for just over 4 years, I have a permanent site and I do bits of cover here and there, over the years i’ve got to no most of the managers and have got a top relationship with my manager, she is well supportive and when i have felt down i’ve felt like i can approach my manager, pay always on time, materials I am given are ok, i would recommend them.

I've been with Premier for 2 years now and they have proven to be a great company to work for. My manager is really good and is always on the end of a phone if we need her for anything

Decent

Premier is a decent company to work for, I have worked at the site in Liverpool for about 2 years and I have never had a problem with my pay or my manager, I turn up and get the job done and I have never been off sick, when I have been on holiday they have covered my site so all in all a decent company.

Owed over time since january 2020. Useless management Can't do simple tasks No ppe No uniform 95% of cleaners are owedmoney which I met Late PAY Still owe me over time Rude No manners Worst company I worked in my life

Surprisingly Good

I started with Premier in January cleaning a pub in Manchester, I was dubious as I read the reviews and I noticed some were negative but the pay was above min wage so I accepted it, all I can say is that from the beginning I wasn't just dumped at the site on my first couple of days my manager worked with me, I always have enough materials and my pay is always correct.

Perfect Work/Life balance & flexibility

Great communication with management. Cleaning hours suit me and fit with my family life. I have worked for Bristol and Birmingham sites over the last five years, never had a problem.

Unsupportive, pays are contantly wrong

Premier have been unsupportive for the last 12 months. Pays are constantly wrong, and you have to keep on to try and get what's owed to you. Moral is very low

I worked for premier for a year, I had abuse of the supervisor and her daughter about my mental health and when I spoke to someone else in the premier company they forced me to work it out with them after I put a complaint on about bullying which wasn’t acknowledged so my health went down hill, when I left in the job I was owed 46 hour pays I had to wait 3 months to then only be given half of it absolutely awful company

Avoid no proper ckeaning products poor local management

Looking at the reviews on here it would depend on what area and who your manager or supervisors were I had just over a year with no issues until just after Christmas when a new manager started unfounded complaints not backed up with any proper evidence so I decided to leave if you're face doesn't fit beware also very poor health and safety issues on site

Bad experience

Bad experience with supervisor and when you ring or text there manager they don't actually sort the problem out, I caught the supervisor on the phone slagging me and another worker off and not very hygienic with cloths ect glad to be out of there.

Do not work for this company

The mangers don't care. Under staffed constantly. Pressured into doing 70+ hour weeks. Pay always wrong. Bullying and Harassment has been an ongoing issue since February with no resolve. HR department is 'outsourced' and nothing gets done

Good company

I work for this company in london area and dont understand the bad reviews. my pay is always right and on time and my managers are realy good and care about all of us on site. they are always checking in and when we needed help with the log in system they were on site the next day to help guide us through . I really like the management personally and have a great time at work
