Love my team

Great to work with my team. Manager is very supportive and always helps with anything our team need. Family are fantastic to work for. They really appreciate their support workers, and always thank us for doing our job

Inspiring and education and hard work

I found that home/job life was difficult being in a small team. Management was good but, with there only being a regional manager and no seniors per se, sometimes support was difficult. Virtually no advancement within the company, salary was good for a caregivers role. Not a bad company to work for.

Good place to work

I like working with this agency. Ienjoy it. I am a PhD student and doing a part-time job as a support worker, which helped to distract myself from studies
