Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) - Remote - 30 December 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedHad to leave this company because I begged for more training which was denied. Only wanted another couple of hours shadowing an experienced advisor. Really sorry to leave, but I felt I wasn’t giving the best service to the customers because of inadequate training.
Pros
Nice people and benefits
Cons
Inadequate training

Nice people to work with
Customer Service Adviser (Former Employee) - Home Based - 16 February 2022
Nice people to work with, some room for progression. Your manager will determine how you feel about the role, some managers are more relaxed, most of them are not. Pay is not great but I've seen worse.

Looks appealing to the eyes
Housekeeping (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 17 August 2021
This is a company to watch out for, very little support and a constant negatively with your work that’s met by a ridiculous start and finish time that you are supposedly meant to finish the rooms in. The work feels worthless and unappreciated for, leaving with a feeling which isn’t positive after your shift with no constructive feedback and support and what you learn is what you are told is wrong despite not being shown the correct ways with the very poor training and even then once you get yourself going they will find ways to put you down and make you feel on edge to do more work and on a schedule that isn’t for you but there needs to pressure you in on days which you should be off.
Pros
Easy to get
Cons
Management

It was Ok
Customer Service Advisor (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 30 October 2019
Staff was friendly and helpful, however the job was very stressful as their was so many inbound calls to answer and you had so long to complete the calls. I felt we were rushing the customers off of the phone.

Good place to work as a contractor
Senior CRM Developer (Former Employee) - Remote - 7 September 2019
The most challenging part of the project was the ever-changing requirements as even after finishing the work they changed their mind and we needed to start again.

Productive and Fun Place
Credit Controller/ Loan Administrator (Former Employee) - Epsom, UK - 20 August 2018
Great place to work at with great team members. The employees are valued and taken as Assets not slaves. Good chances for growth as they prefer internal people for job promotions and role change which definetly helps people to learn new things and grow in their career paths.

Hard work and stressful but good social life if you want it
Call Centre Advisor (Former Employee) - Epsom - 15 January 2018
Very, very stressful always got targets to reach and goal posts always changing.
The social life is really good, if you want it. Management in the call centre will always try and make the days better by doing different things to brighten the day. doesn't always work, but at least they try.
The work is extremely stressful and having to deal with very rude customers and brokers doesn't make life easier
Pros
money is good
Cons
not always parking spaces as now out in the sticks

a failrly new Company with prospects
Credit Controller (Former Employee) - Epsom, Surrey - 10 October 2017
Credit Control for this Company was new to its operations and internal procedures were not cohesive at times. Management was not in line with the ethos of credit control which meant creative initiative was required to move things forward which proved to be labour intensive. However, the challenge is what I enjoyed and eventually the position became sustainable in its own right.
Pros
full automony to develop the job role
Cons
lack of support

Stressful, high pressure environment with little recognition for above and beyond effort.
IT Environments Manager (Former Employee) - Leatherhead - 25 August 2017
Nice new building and environment.
Some excellent people in place that make miracles happen.
Recent change of ownership and changes of senior management.
Stressful, high pressure environment with little respite or recognition.
