Good work place
Good place to work, learned a lot in this role & gained a lot of experience. Management can sometimes pester a lot to pick up shifts but it’s understandable. Apart from that I’d recommend working for them

I work in the Gloucestershire Branch and I remember the interview as being very thorough. The lady who interviewed me used to be the Branch Manager. She talked me through what I could expect things to be like working for Prestige. I felt comfortable in the interview and we talked about what work I had done in the past. Once through the recruitment process I was able to start work straight away. I already had quite a bit of care experience but have been given so many more opportunities through working with Prestige. I could work anyway really. They have so much work available. Complex Care clients are the clients I enjoy working with the most.
