Care Worker in Bristol
on 3 July 2022
Depends on your workplace/individuals in team
Professional company, who appreciate experience and seek high standards of care for the service user. On going training both in house and on-line. Good support in place for staff.
Support Worker/Carer in Manchester, Greater Manchester
on 3 August 2022
Interesting place to work
Gives you chance to plan your work around your life. The training is very good and kept on top of. There is good management support if it’s needed. Working with some excellent people on the teams that I work in.
Complex Care Support Worker in Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire
on 2 August 2022
Flexible, friendly, supportive
Flexible, enjoyable, management are very responsive and always available if needed. I feel looked after and valued by Derby Prestige branch. Interview experience brilliant, and same lady did my recruitment from start to finish, it was professional and efficient and friendly.
Carer in Mickleover, Derbyshire
on 23 June 2022
Good care
Aim to provide good care but staffing shortages can mean difficult rotas. No job security as zero hour contracts. No guarantee of hours. Overall staff and management are supportive.
Care Assistant in Dundee
on 22 June 2022
Terrible work place
The only benefit of the company is the clients receiving care, other than that the management and way the company is ran is very disappointing and unprofessional.

Interview questions

I work in the Gloucestershire Branch and I remember the interview as being very thorough. The lady who interviewed me used to be the Branch Manager. She talked me through what I could expect things to be like working for Prestige. I felt comfortable in the interview and we talked about what work I had done in the past. Once through the recruitment process I was able to start work straight away. I already had quite a bit of care experience but have been given so many more opportunities through working with Prestige. I could work anyway really. They have so much work available. Complex Care clients are the clients I enjoy working with the most.
