Pret has cut our discounts, benefit, bonus and the paid breaks in covid. But we are expected to work the same pace, same smile, same everything. We need a Union.
Answered 4 April 2021It depends on the manager and if you are there friend. When you lose someone in family, you get a few days off but then are expected to function and smile. When you injure yourself, they don't believe you. You are not a human in pret, you have to be a machine.
