How did I feel about telling people I worked at Pret A Manger?
I feel ashamed! I regret my 2 years there and never felt so patronised, used, undervalued, underpaid and treated like garbage! When people ask me where I worked, I never mention Pret or if I mention my experience, then just that I was a sandwich maker in a cafe.
Never again! Pret bullies staff. If they would really do what their PR they advertises, if they would truly have proper leadership training in place, if their managers wouldn't bully staff and if HR wasn't so toxic and corrupt, Pret would actually be a good place to work for. It is intensely stressful, but they add to that stress by unnecessary harshness, discrimination, bullying, favouritism and not paying for overtime. Never again! Worst company I've ever worked for.
It’s good for money if you wanna make quick money otherwise it’s way too much stress, exhausting and pressure it hurts
Is nice to work I like becouse one friends work for pret she told me is good to work for pret
Its a good company to work for. they train staff very well.
Strong company, gave opertunity to grow up
Good salary and bonus. Free lunch.
I want to make something of myself, if it meant starting at the bottom then I'm sure over time I could gradually move on up within the company and gain some knowledge of the place and learn the benefits the company do to others across England and around the world.
Good money, free meals, chance to grow fast
