Working at Pret A Manger teaches you a lot of things. For me it boosted my confidence and social skills, I also learned many new things. It’s something I’m glad I experienced.

Poor treatment from the management. The staff are not looked after as should happen in a business. Promises are made but not kept. HR was not helpful. High staff turnover.

Terrible wage unsociable working hours no recognition. When you do hardwork no appreciation and is you want to progress your career no one ask to do, no recognition. Upper manager trickle down affect on your store manager. Waste of time.

Pret A Manger looks nice from the outside but when you actualy work there you experience a very differnet picture to what they promise. The pay is very bad for the amount of work and micromanaging were doing. Work for another company were you will be treated humane.
Pros
hardworking work mates friends
Cons
Everything! Pay is bad, stress, fast pace, dishonest leadership, nin caring HR
