At the first time you start with they, everything look like the perfect place to work, but after everything change. When they don't need you, they make so many displinary needed for you left the job.

Very busy
Pret seem to get rid of staff during probationary period. You get no support for your personal issues. Very unprofessional & management are very rude and act like they’re above everyone.
Flexible hours. Good salary. A little bit stressful when is busy, but time goes fast. Really good and young team.

they are very focused on customer service! which is great cause you will earn a lot of experience how to communicate with customers and how to adapt at this!
Some manager do not consider people hard working and give more chances to others than who really deserves.
