Pret A Manger Employee Review

Hard work place good team

If you’re lucky you can have a good management otherwise it’ll be a nightmare. I’m been working here almost 2 years, now we don’t have manager so everything is a bit messy they expect from you to do a lots of things even more than in your job description. If you want to work outside of the center of the city is all right. In the center is too much pressure on. Mistery shopper bonus is a nightmare as well something you’re working to hard and then someone fxxup the serving and you lose money.

Fun place to work

It was amazing to work at pret. They provide trainings, and courses to grow within the company if u feel the initiative. This role requires multitasking, managing your team, setting production, following the standarts, leading by example.Everyday different challanges.
