If you want to be worked to the bone with absolutely zero praise for your efforts and suffering then this is the job for you. Amazing in the beginning - showered with benefits and entitlements and opportunities to advance. Terrible once you see how horribly mismanaged and micromanaged the company is. Zero care for human beings and nothing but boosting sales and company growth.

Pret A Manger (Former Employee) - London

They just push you like a robot and, they give time to make sandwichs (unrealistic time). They count the minutes that you spend in the toilet. Long hours and sometimes work 12 days in a row.

I had to do training at first ..and tge work force is good ..and understanding..always some one help you with anything..i love training to the tms ..online courses to complete..checking for high standard of food etc.

Sexist, abusive and incompetent management! No support from management! Stressful environment! Refuse to pay people for the hours worked means they actually pay well below minimum wage! Run by complete control freaks!
