Respect from managers, managers better trained and more time for listening what the staff have to say. Not promises, actions instead. As a part of the team if any mistakes, any one get punished including the managers. Managers shouldn't have to many priorities such as no clocking in and out for breaks, no going out during work for smoking and/or buying drinks, clocking in still with they personal belongings and take their time to get ready (hair straightening and makeup) and clocking out with their belongings. Rules equal to sny members of staff, no privileges for management.
Be a lot more organised. Delegate jobs needed to be done, praise and respect your staff, team building experiences. Treat others how you would like to be treated yourself and muck in. All for one and one for all
Roll my sleeves up and help staff when needed, to show am there to help and listen to employee's
Reduce the amount of stock on shop floor. Do you really need 100's of the same item on tables? Sorting these out all day is a nightmare!

Primark is so good but would have more people on shop floor to help customers to find what they are looking for
I would have better management in place who take the time to get to know their employees, they use bullying tactics to get staff to do things.
Staff who only can work from times like 9.30am until 2pm due to living in other areas i.e. (Coalville leicestershire), can be on time for work and leave work to be home for child(ren). Part timers.
Have a safe corner for children to be in and small boarded with only one gate for in and out, so if parent(s) wants to shop without having to see to their child(ren) their can do.
keep all the floors the same, children clothes on one floor, woman on one floor and same with men only on one floor only, so customers do not have to look everywhere and this help dyslexic and any other disability people to shop at Primark.
If I were in charge I would address the issue of Employees of the Primark Company treating one another with decency and respect. All employees should communicate acceptably for the sake of doing the necessary work required to generate a profit to the company. It would be nice if the company considered the employees in return as a happy content employee is more likely to have a much more positive attitude toward their work responsibilities and toward their coworkers and toward the customers.
