Primark Employee Review

OK place to work

staff can be generally friendly but management can be a bit snobby. pay was always on time and the store was always busy meaning that you were always occupied.

Employees good to talk to, demanding job, intense at times, needs multitasking, fast paced environment, good experience for first time job, interview not too bad

Same role

The general staff are brilliant to work with but some management think they are better than anyone else

Overall it was a fun place to work with some brilliant staff members who made me feel welcome and had a right laugh but the management would tell you off for talking even if they was stood talking talking for a good half an hour some of the management seemed to be up each others butt's, and would definitely talk about you behind your back as I've heard them do it on numerous occasions, I do think that they need to get a few new managers who actually know what they are doing

Same location

Fast paced and stressful environment

Depends from location- different shift times, lots of responsibilities, good training also available online, not much time to complete some of the task which have to be done off the shopfloor.
