No one day is the same and the support network from the team that I have received since I joined as a Team Manager has been fantastic! You have to be pro-active and very organised to ensure your success as a manager.

Depends from location- different shift times, lots of responsibilities, good training also available online, not much time to complete some of the task which have to be done off the shopfloor.

Great company, poor senior management

This could be so much better than a 3 star place to work (lucky for them I'm giving them 3 stars). Senior management are the most unsupportive, clueless managers I've come across. No care for colleagues wellbeing, shouted at on the shopfloor, humiliated in front of other members of staff. It's bullying. No training provided.

Fast paced and enjoyable

Worked during the Christmas period where it was busy however, it was a good place to work with really good pay especially students and a nice variety of tasks.
