I love my job, very supportive and positive environment everyone is willing to help you, when struggling.
The only downside is the pay and no advancement in career but you are determined you could make your up.

My day role working at the hospital as mental health support worker has equipped me to gain the skills at knowledge working at an acute ward. I have learnt to be patient and professional at my workplace and acknowledge the clients with respect. I have been given the opportunity to work in a diverse background with clients from different cultural background.

Mostly a good experience overall. Hospital were always keen to try different things to be supportive of staff and to make things better and safer. Enjoyed my time there
