I love my job, very supportive and positive environment everyone is willing to help you, when struggling. The only downside is the pay and no advancement in career but you are determined you could make your up.

Good annual leave allowance Monthly pay Good opportunity to learn Difficult working on dementia....very challenging. Uniform required. Good for meetong and mixing with people and learning.

Fun to work

Its a new challenge everyday, its fun to work and the colleagues makes it even better to work. Its treats its employee fairly. I love to go to work everyday
