The workplace was good with knowledgeable and skilled engineers, but could be a bit boring in the day to day.The staff were friendly and helpful and the work environment seemed fair.

Totally depressing
Engineer (Former Employee) - Langage - 24 December 2021
Management use bullying and intimidation to get results from workforce. As the boat progresses along the line, management are under greater pressure to get the boat out on time. Management become more stressed as the boat moves along the line,closer to completion.

Good workmates.

Ok if you can get your head down and put some hours in easy money. The older people think they can talk down to you and think there your boss if you like the outdoors wouldn’t go in
