Not a great employer
Toxic environment created by management who are too quick to criticise rather than encourage, if you can get hold of them! Nurses on the EDS have a great sense of entitlement and forget they loo after extremely vulnerable patients I would not recommend to my family if they needed treatment

I would recommend this company
Great scope to learn. Increadible training opportunities. Supportive management. Flexibility. Lovely colleagues. I see myself working there till I retire.

Challenging but some very good moments
Challenging work in a high intensity setting with ever increasing demand and ever decreasing resources It really depends who manages your site/ department as to how your experience will be
Support Worker Collinson Court in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire

Awful company
Absolutely awful company to work for, the higher up management don’t care about their staff or the service users, once they want you gone, you’re gone. If your face doesn’t fit with priory then they will get rid.
Support Worker in Newtownabbey, County Antrim

Terrible job, great residents
Residents were amazing and so special in every way, although when I worked in priory the management was terrible. Weren’t paid for your extra hours as promised, Couldn’t get holidays accepted, always short staffed. Would never work for the company again even if it was for £50 ph.
