Recovery Support Worker in Willenhall

Toxic environment
Wards left understaffed. Management do not care about staff at all. Pay does not reflect the work you do. You are blamed if you get burntout. Sometimes you don’t even have a break.Support Assistant in Frome

Over worked and underpaid
I'm yet to find someone that can give a 5 star rating that has worked for this company. Staff are overworked, underpaid & not valued. The children are fantastic and are the only reason many people stay. Management make it clear that staff are replaceable and do not put people in areas that best suit their skill set, not to mention confidentiality does not exist.Accounts Payable Clerk in Darlington

Terrible management and no support
Management is extremely toxic, does not support staff, no room for advancement, very busy workload. The whole work process needs updating but no one is willing to do so. Very unhappy place to work. Senior Care Assistant in Abergavenny

Undervalued underpaid and undermined
There is a constant feeling of someone judging you, unfair treatment means that if your face doesn’t fit, you can’t succeed! Very cliquey!! My mental health suffered to the point I was crying in the car before I got in! Horrible horrible experience in the last two years! Hierarchy ganging up to get other management out, gathering evidence against them to make them look as bad as they can, instead of supporting them and offering advice! There’s no caring in that care provider… at least for its staff!Support Worker in Tamworth, Staffordshire

How high will you jump
Management like you to jump to demands. Management have the ideas but leave staff to deal with the repercussions, then make it your fault when behaviours occur. Favouritism to staff, put pregnant staff with high risk residents unless you the managers mate then you have no risk residents. Staff punched kicked and bit on a regular basis with no support from other staff or management. What would you say about your employer?
