It was fine, you submit your application online (Group website), then an email is sent asking you for availability to attend an interview via Zoom. Then there is a test as part of the Recruitment process that should be submitted before the interview takes place.

It depends on the role, but my experience was a nightmare. They still hadn't requested references a month after offer. Lots of excessive checks despite already providing necessary documents and evidence of my profession. I withdrew my application as the headache wasn't worth it!!!
