  • Use to feel proud but over the last two years lack of consideration for staff, lies and made up issues.

  • I enjoy telling people about our home and i'm proud of what it has achieved and the service we provide.

  • Rewarding helping others and the pay was great too but there was little mental health support for stressed out staff which led to huge turnover of staff which in turn unsettled the young people .
