  • Too many Directors/Managers making decisions with no day to day experience within the work settings. Staff feel disjointed and not supported at site level. Staff are not trusted to make own decisions/be included in decision making.

  • Depending on the staff on shift and how organised the shift leader was, if the morning didn’t run well it had a knock on effect for the rest of the day, also making sure that the rota was done well so the team mixed well and not one strong member of staff was working with three weaker members of staff and they ended up doing everything

  • Slow if your a rehab

  • Fast 10 mins with each client some staff don't even wash residents or use equipment

  • Can sit around for hours watching service users or could be none stop having to stay back after 15 hour shifts because polices not put in place to deal with service users go to work and finish when Manager thinks they can cope without you

  • Fast pace, anything from 5 to 30 minute checks depending on which ward you work on.

  • Fast an furious

  • Lacking essential support of staff and patients.

  • Ok but still rubbish.
