First I will try to support my staff not the agency, I help them to go forward with qualifications not try to keep them down, like my manager does.
I can’t think of anything at the moment. I feel the priory group always Put the young people first ( which in my opinion is how it should be)
But at the same time look after their staff where possible.
I don't know what would make it a better place apart from getting rid of a few bad eggs (staff) but every company has staff who think theyre really good at what they do when they really aren't
Stop being unproffesional and allowing people to gossip / realise the potential in staff we have, stop losing good ones
