What is the work environment and culture like at Priory Group?

Some of the workers are fantastic and very professional, some if not most need further training. Managers and Hr very concerned with there attude and behaviour.

Very toxic, constantly had personal property stolen by the manager and her sordid clique. Incompetent staff that just dont care about the clients or doing the job.

What is York priory place to work

Not nice, often left to do whatever, service users plans not fit with priory clueless on how to manage behaviour, expect the service user to leave twice as bad if ever able to leave. Staff is all friends and family and often jobs are set for managers old friends returning to this area of work certainly the senior posts. Money is the only care poor service uses and staff I hated life working here
