Too many Directors/Managers making decisions with no day to day experience within the work settings. Staff feel disjointed and not supported at site level. Staff are not trusted to make own decisions/be included in decision making.

Some of the workers are fantastic and very professional, some if not most need further training. Managers and Hr very concerned with there attude and behaviour.
