Money driven company
Management aren't supportive, when you raise an issue it's brushed aside. When raising concerns you're seen as being challenging. Staff retention is terrible, no incentives. Certain meetings only taking place to satisfy CQC.Healrh care assistant in London

Appalling company to work for.
Management only like it if you let yourself be exploited.There's no chance of progression unless you leave.They do not care AT ALL about staff health.Their responses to the MANY poor reviews are bogus.They don't respond if you email the people whose email addresses are given out. I tried one!What would you say about your employer?
