Priory Group Employee Review

Not a good company

Very clicky work place such a shame that not all staff treated the same as clients are lovely to work with. A positive is extensive training to people willing to learn tracheostomy care which is very good

Awful company

Absolutely awful company to work for, the higher up management don’t care about their staff or the service users, once they want you gone, you’re gone. If your face doesn’t fit with priory then they will get rid.

Terrible job, great residents

Residents were amazing and so special in every way, although when I worked in priory the management was terrible. Weren’t paid for your extra hours as promised, Couldn’t get holidays accepted, always short staffed. Would never work for the company again even if it was for £50 ph.

Good place to work. Patient's come first

Good place to work supporting individuals with very complex needs. Supportive team including nurse, physio, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Opportunities for further development through in house training and to complete vocational courses such as NVQs.

Pros

Recent pay rise

Cons

Can be physically demanding
