Professional and Friendly
It’s only been a week since TUPEing over to Professional carers, but it’s been a rewarding experience and honour to work with them. Management are so friendly, uniforms are so lovely and the support given being amazing. Lovely company to work for and be part of.

Amazing Oppurtunity
They are extremely kind, caring and helpful. The recruitment process was exceptionally fast; I received a phone call stating I had an interview, the interview happened a few days later, and then within two days I found out I had the job. All that was left was the training. The training section was very beneficial, not only did it allow me to learn a variety of things, but it also allowed me to meet new people in the same position as me. And after training, we made friends and stayed in touch. As a new employee I was worried as this was a new experience for me, but I know if I ever have a question or a problem, I can always contact the office team.

Knowledge of role, details of the company, examples of teamwork, it isn't hard mainly common sense from what I remember.

Do your research, visit their website and learn about the role. Might be worth having a read of the inspection report too [CQC] - Having this information ready for interview will show the managers you are serious about wanting to be a carer for this company.
