Security Officer in Aberdeen, Aberdeen City

ok i suppose
good company to work for and you are left alone to get on with the job you are doing. the manager is fine and if you have a problem will do the best he can to sort it out for you and will get back to you if you leave a message. only real complaint i would have is it is only minimum wage and will never be any higher with this company and rewards for a good job done are none whatsoever.

They don't pass on pay rises from the clients to the guards.
The management at Warrington is dire. The client where I worked sat down with the guards and explained that they had made multiple pay rises over the past few years including giving night allowance's for guards. Turns out the thieves at Warrington have never passed these rises on to the guards which is of no surprise.
Park Warden in Warden

Not a good company to work for.
This was an awful company to work for. They dealt with security/park wardens for the local council. There wasn't enough staff employed at the start of the summer season so already by work increased working 40-50 hours a week. There was no management support, a very rude area manager when the area supervisor died. No support what so ever, was told to stop acting like children and get on with the job and sort things ourselves. pay was lower than national minimum wage too. Facilities were poor.

Greenock Cruise ship security
Joined the team at peel port and working on the security, and dealing with the ships crew and passangers when teh arrive. First shift went well, was told what area and position i would be covering, once the ship came in, taxi and tour busses arrived. dealing with enquiries for local shopping areas and trains. good staff parking and feel safe and secure giving the current covid level. Managers are good easy to apoach, and good to chat with. breaks are ok as well, easy access to facilities as well.
