Excellant company to work for, plenty of opportunity to go up the ladder, treat you like family. Guide and set out a plan for you to work with. Give you the tools to do your job.

Minimum wage but lots of hours
Lots of work available if you are willing to work other sites but don't expect much if any advanced notification of shift changes. Did 2 weeks at a site and didn't get paid for it. Forever having my shifts changed with little to no notifications, had 7 shift changes in 3 days.

Decent company overal
Friendly management, good work load, easy to amend shifts when things occur in personal life. Only real downside is the pay is abit on the low side but always paid in full on time.

Terrible management, toxic work environment, no work life balance.
The job itself is okay. Management offer no support and act as if you owe them your lives and time off work is seen as a bad thing. There is 0 training and the security aspect of the job seems to be the least important. I wouldn't recommend this company.
