Managment needs to learn People skills instead of talking down to their staff and being rude. Support the staff that work the floor, when concerns are raised deal with them, stop thinking about ticking boxes to look good. Don't change rota's at short notice unless you as managers are prepared to do the shifts at short notice.

Reviews are taking place if you lucky to have a good manager however even though i had my review and every year my manager gave me great fedback and advocate for my pay rise i never got one and never received a letter to inform me. Why or whatever. As it was stated above u will be lucky to get one I worked over 3 years with them and I was on the same pay rate the starters without experience end up earing same as me.
