The most useful review selected by IndeedAll this company does is farm CVs. They lead you on thinking you got a job then they ghost you. Cease all contact, calls emails etc. STAY AWAY FROM PROJECT RESOURCE!!

Professional Recruitment Environement

Project Resource are great, they interviewed well and were transparent throughout the process. Working there is tough, it’s a very competitive environment but training was great and people around are always willing to help.

Awful company
Recruitment Consultant (Current Employee) - United Kingdom - 24 January 2019
Worked here a few years, the culture is rancid.
Favoritsm is rampant.
Your contract hours are not what you really work.
Say bye to your life outside work.
Your job is never safe, even if you're the highest performer in an office.
A director punched a junior and got kicked out.

Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) - UK - 18 April 2017
Very aggressive recruitment company and much better options out there. Stuck in the 90s with their culture and the way they want you to work. They say they are different and they probably are, for all the wrong reasons.
No real leaders within the business and lack of direction. I have progressed three times quicker since leaving this business, as have others I worked with there. Avoid.
