The process was too strecthed out, it took over 5 weeks to get a response regarding my application. My experience and CV more than suited the role, eventual feefback via the agency was that I did not meet the
criteria. Surprising as I have proven experience/possess the necessary skills and knowlexge to fulfil the expectation of the role. I did not get the courtesy of an intetview and no furthet feedback. Suffice to say, not a very professional process.I was hired on nothing more than an email and a 10 min call before I was accepted onto an induction day... they werent actually that interested in my experience
