What's the four day training involve? Is it sufficient to get a good start on learning about all things solar? (I have done plenty of research myself ref efficiency, FIT - and lack thereof, associated costs, VAT hike etc etc). Any considered advice would be much appreciated.

4 day training? LOL. You get about 4 hours of training from someone in HR with a welcome pack
