Well organised and Fun work place
Manufacturing Operations (Former Employee) - Diodes Zetex Incorporated. Chadderton - 16 January 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedIt was indeed a very nice experience with prominent. Thanks for your support and guidance. As an agency, I think Proman is one of the best you can work with. They and everything they do are well organised. Customer service is very reliable and friendly which is virtually the most important part of an agency.

Production operative
Production Operative (Former Employee) - Manchester - 26 January 2023
Need to adapt to a fast-paced working environment. Fair Pay. But need hard work and be physically strong to handle the tasks. Sometimes need to work hard to meet the target.
Pros
Fair Pay.
Cons
Physically demanding

Competitive
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) - Leeds - 2 November 2022
It's a 50/50 when it comes to payments because sometimes they pay you well but then after they forget to pay you properly, when they do that, you have to "pressure" them a little bit to get the full payment if not, they'll let it slide

Rubbish
Food Production (Former Employee) - Burnley, Lancashire - 3 August 2022
Waste of time, I worked for them for about 2 weeks but one morning my kitchen roof came in and left quite a mess, I explained exactly what had happened and told them I wouldn't be in that day but I would be back the day after.. I went back the day after and did the rest of the week, I got a text like we always got which told employees where they was working etc anyway I got told unfortunately they had no more work which was a lie because another colleague that week had said there was a ton of work right up until that Xmas and beyond.. I rang them to challenge what they text me and they said they don't have to give me a reason.. They can't even be honest.. Avoid..

Productive
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) - Manchester - 10 July 2022
I worked five days per week. The salary is fair and paid on time. We always communicate with account manager by email or phone. And they usually offer new warehouse job after every working 3 months.

Jobs at PROMAN
Easy but rare work
Print Packer (Former Employee) - Cheadle, Greater Manchester - 28 April 2022
Don’t get me wrong, if you’re strapped for cash its good, but not a serious long term job. Where I worked, I was frequently off for long periods of time and when I was called in, it’d be for either a few days/weeks then off again. There is no route of career progression and you only get told if you’re in work the evening before, which is a joke as you can be sat there for weeks on and waiting for them to message.

Rotating Shifts for not even 11 pound/hr! No wonder they always need staff

Awful place, really hard job for no awful money. Expect you to ruin your life and change shift every week. Worst company for employees in Redditch, i am shocked!

Lies, and bad Health and Safety Hygiene in a FOOD production facility in Burton!
Reach Truck Driver (Former Employee) - Burton-On-Trent, Staffordshire - 31 March 2022
I've been told I will get an induction for a forklift position. At the induction I was told the forklift is only for 10% of the time. The mask droplet disposal has plenty of masks at the door, but when you take one you actually touch more with your hands, the perfect way to spread viruses and bacteria as the next person would take a mask already touched by another. In the changing room prior to the start of the shift you take your shoes off in one place and are supposed to walk in your socks 5-10 yards to the place the boots are being stored in, so crossed contamination is there to stay. The boots are poorely washed and, pieces of meat can be seen with the naked eye on them, contributing to the overall lack of hygiene in the place!
Pros
They try to be nice over the phone.
Cons
It will all reveal by itself in the moment you directly interract with them.
