Not the job it makes out to be
I worked for over 10 years with this company. When we were self employed it was great as you suited yourself the hours you worked. However it all changed four years ago and it is a shambles. You are constantly target oriented, and depending on who you have as a manager life can be tough. All the new starts have left as they couldn't handle the pressure and pressure it was.If you didn't make your targets you were put on performance management which is a joke as the managers have not got a clue what our job entails. They use a manual or a training course and think they know it all.I am not being disrespectful just trying to point out a few things

Awful
Honestly awful company to work for.Management are corrupted, pay is okay. Everyone are awful and only looking after themselves, don't think they know what Team Work is or a work-life balance is. Harnessing customers NON stop.Have a family? You will not see them at all. Avoid the headache this company is.

Avoid at all costs!!!
Worst company I had ever worked for. Salary was for for 37 hours a week, but was forced to work at least 60-70 hours!!, was made to work 6 days a week. was not men't to have targets, but was heavily targeted. If you didn't meet them they would constantly threaten you with disciplinary action.

Productive
I’ve enjoyed working for provident has self employed for 29 years , then changed to paye roll for the last 4 years . I’m being made redundant from my job but my role from working there I enjoyed . I was one of the best representatives sad to be leaving.

Enjoyed meeting people
I loved working at provident meeting people and getting to know them . I had a good customer base and enjoyed a good healthy work balance . I loved working here for 15 years and worked up targets and expectations. I have a good friendly manner and reliable which I had to be in this type of work
