Only apply if you have thick skin.
As the title says, too many brown noses and one rule for one. First day seemed positive, felt very welcomed then 1 week later it went from bad to worse. No proper training and when you did you where given false information. When confronted when things went wrong they wouldn't except the blame. Short staff in departments, and when you needed help people where going on cig breaks constant never to be seen which this wasn't deducted from lunch break. Some of the staff werent all bad in certain department there where kind but you had to keep to yourself.

Busy role with lots of support
I have worked for PTSG for just less than a year in a busy area of the company.I am learning all the time, I have a fast paced role where you need to keep an eye on the changes.I feel I have a great support network and friendly colleagues who will go out of their way to help if they can. There is negativity in all workplaces but here I don't feel this is a culture here.It can be hard work but I myself prefer to be busy instead of twiddling my thumbs.Very happy in my role.

Challenging, Fast Paced, Supportive
I support the majority of business in my role and communicate with a lot of friendly people who you build a relationship with and are a joy to speak to. I feel supported by management for my progression in the business and feel my efforts have not gone unnoticed and have been rewarded for. There are always new challenges I face which keeps you busy and makes the days go fast.

Not really a fun place to work long hours no rewards
The work place culture is drown with paper work leaving little time for you to carry out your job. Management haven’t got a clue what the doing and when things go wrong which is more often than none the blame is past on to you. The wages don’t meet the criteria of the job either, job satisfaction is none existing

Great Place to work, Great Support from Senior Management
I have thoroughly enjoyed my first few months here and have settled in really well and made to keep part of the internal team and the wider business.I feel I have respect from Senior Management and feel fully supported in the role. There is a great sense of well being and reward given for a job done well and whilst the days are tiring they certainly fly by and there is no chance of becoming bored.Overall, very happy to be working here and would highly recommend anyone who is looking to join us.
