For the most part the culture at Publicis is pretty great. There's a lot of opportunities to learn in the form of courses and training content. It's refreshing to work for an employer that claims to be committed to equal opportunities and actually follows through - I've had the pleasure of working with a great mix of people from a wide variety of backgrounds.The office is beautiful and conveniently situated next to Westfield Shopping Centre - if you're a fan of coffee, there's a very nice coffee shop on the 8th floor of TVC where you can score yourself a very reasonably priced latte.Publicis have a lot of mental health resources available as well, which I have used myself at times. They also have trained mental health first aiders on staff that you can talk to confidentially about the things that are bothering you both personally and professionally.The line manager's I've had have always been very supportive and interested in helping me with my own professional development and growth at Publicis.The only real problems are with more Senior Management, they care more about the bottom line than the wellbeing of their staff. You will often find yourself working long hours with little acknowledgement or reward for your efforts - it can sometimes feel like you put it more than you get out and have a very detrimental effect on your mental health - all that being said, I would still recommend Publicis as a great place to work compared to others.

Productive, collaborative environment - very diverse.

You have to be a self starter, as you are expected to make your role your own. You have access to networking opportunities, as well as many resources internally to learn new skills. A lot of perks and benefits too - they truly make employees feel appreciated


Work life balance Office is really modern

unhelpful to contractors

did not enjoy my time at publicis mainly because of a high turnover of staff, not much support from management or staff. post brexit the finance dept was outsourced to india/costa rica and the majority of the finance department in london was made redundant

You are nothing, but a number

Staff not appreciated or rewarded for hard work. Everything was just expected and you were made to feel you are lucky to have a job. Always felt unable to go to management or HR if I had any issue to sort out, as you know there would rarely be any positive actions taken or issues would always remain unresolved. Management awful. Appreciated your staff and not create a them and us culture. We should all work as one team and not treat staff as disposable commodities.


Good company Culture, working hours were decent and extra day annual leave given for your birthday was a bonus.


Low pay for new starters and no yearly pay rise.

Great culture

Great workplace

good work environment, friendly staff, and very busy and lively area, was supporting users on a daily basis with their IT queries, thoroughly enjoyed problem solving

Untrained Management

Resources's jobs are being sent offshore. Because of this, there is no job security, career progression, high turnover of staff, untrained management, minimal retention of knowledge about processes/ client needs. Difficult place to work. Would not recommend.

Fun workplace, but little advancement prospects.

Good people to work with however the hardest part of the job is trying to get any advancement from it. This is most clearly reflected by the very high turnover rate of its employees

Being on my own and yet work in a larger group. Support from management. salary increase very fair.
