Answered 28 September 2020Working hours depend on the role. There are some on 24/7 but other positions with varying hours including standard 9-5.30.

Answered 16 September 2020We will always endeavour to deliver feedback constructively. We have regular one to ones and quarterly appraisals. Company vision and goals are shared regularly with all staff and we would invite input and comment.

Answered 11 September 2020Pulsant's growth has been by acquisition, as a result there are many redundant systems in place. Documentation is very thin, as a result it could take longer to figure how to access a resource than it takes to fix the issue.
