Loved working with both staff and clients alike. Upper management were unsupportive, but regional management were great. Really enjoyed my time working with them

Unsupportive company managers

Don’t think I’ve ever worked fir a company that cares more about profit and gain than they do about staff and clients. You know when you gut feeling tells you this is not right and after leaving felt like I’d escaped a monster....If you have any sense of equality self respect and integrity don’t even apply!

Unsupportive Judgemental unprofessional uncaring demanding inflexible disrespectful

Work day

All work and no play. A lot of driving around, keeping calm whilst problem solving. Dealing with all staff and clients with any query they may have.

Pulse can offer a good range of care to complex cases and be very rewarding, with staff support. If you a dedicated and looking to join packages for a professional organistion, this is the place to join. There is work in the community and colleges with excellent training. I have a lovely office team, however unfortunately there is a real head count problem for the amount of both clients and staff that I manage. There has been no desire to modify this and is resulting in having a huge impact on the whole teams moral and job satisfaction. The hardest part of my job is the huge work load over an area that has become too large. The most enjoyable part is knowing my clients are safe, happy and that I made that happen. I have really developed my skills in management and I do believe I have a long career in the field ahead of me.

Flexibiility on work

Fantastic care

I feel that Pulse provide a very refreshing service and fantastic care to people who suffer complex care needs within the community. Pulse provide all their own training to their support staff which is specifically tailored to individual care packages. Their recruitment process is rigorous and undertaken in a professional manner at all times.

Great training
