Long hours and bullying office staff

Hours were long and little pay for what was expected. Office staff at time used bully tactics to get you to cover shifts (ie taking your other shifts away to leave you on 0 hours).Training given was good and clients lovely

Poor place to work

I worked for the company for just under a year. My contract was terminated with no fault of my own. The company treated me awfully and nobody was helpful. I wasn’t paid for the time I was suspended and then struggled a lot. False complaints and they do whatever they can to get rid of you. No security or protection. Awful company would avoid at all costs Don’t work for them. !! They don’t look after you as an emoloyee. AWFUL WORST COMPANY I HAVE COME ACROSS

Cares nothing for staff, business oriented

The pay is alright, the work culture is insane. Some clients and staff are not comfortable with coloured individuals who give their very best to care. Funny complaints, a lot of smoking by regular staff in service user' homes. Some coordinators acts like the care but not enough.

A lovely company to work for

It's a lovely company to work for, they pay better than most. Management listens and tries to put changes in place where suggested. Mileage pays wells, not too much stress with getting to clients, most of the time you get reasonable time to travel to each client.I have no intention of leaving this company.The only flaw is at time we struggle to get shifts.
