Team-building that's far from boring
Pure has a collaborative approach allows staff to feel connected as a team, even when working remotely. Quiz nights, team dinners, annual awards ceremony.
We have quiz nights, team dinners and an annual awards ceremony to encourage people to get to know their team both locally and further afield. We use an app called “GoJoe” to create a quarterly physical challenge across our staff. It allows all our team to compete on walking / running / cycling against each other but in a very friendly and inclusive way.
A social and wellbeing team was formed to organise social events, as well as regular wellbeing check-ins to ensure nobody is struggling in silence. Add to this an internal culture of friendly support, where anyone can chat to anyone and ask for help, an incredibly close team feel has been created.
