The Pure team is at the heart of the company’s growing success. We are committed to founding an ethos of sustainable quality and creating a supportive and dynamic place to develop your career. We are always looking for passionate, motivated individuals to join the team in all our clinics across the country. In return, we offer flexibility, career progression and continual professional development (CPD).

Industry leading CPD opportunities

Our continuing professional development (CDP) programme is industry-leading within the physiotherapy profession. To aid career progression training and development opportunities are actively encouraged and incentivised with financial support and allocated study leave. We offer daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly opportunities: Daily: Drop-in sessions to discuss the management of complex clinical cases. Weekly: Internally lead presentations across of spectrum of specialisms & face to face training sessions for clinic staff. Monthly: Evening lectures lead by expert external speakers & 1:1 supervision - highlights training requirements that are mapped against clinical pathways. Quarterly: Whole day dedicated to CPD. Morning sessions are hosted by industry leading speakers. Afternoon sessions consist of internally developed face to face training.

Team-building that's far from boring

Pure has a collaborative approach allows staff to feel connected as a team, even when working remotely. Quiz nights, team dinners, annual awards ceremony. We have quiz nights, team dinners and an annual awards ceremony to encourage people to get to know their team both locally and further afield. We use an app called “GoJoe” to create a quarterly physical challenge across our staff. It allows all our team to compete on walking / running / cycling against each other but in a very friendly and inclusive way. A social and wellbeing team was formed to organise social events, as well as regular wellbeing check-ins to ensure nobody is struggling in silence. Add to this an internal culture of friendly support, where anyone can chat to anyone and ask for help, an incredibly close team feel has been created.
