A supportive, productive and fun working environment.
FCP (Current Employee) - East Anglia - 27 October 2023
I work a hybrid role of remote and face to face work. The teaching, CPD and support from Pure are second to none. Genuinely I have never worked for such a dynamic company who care about the service they deliver and their employees. The culture at work is fantastic, the team are inclusive and supportive, the FCP role is fast paced but enjoyable and the management remain clinical which I feel is so important. There are plenty of socials to join in with too!

Jobs at Pure Physiotherapy
Progressive
Msk First contact Physiotherapist (Current Employee) - Kingston upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire - 6 August 2023
Typical day at work would usually be busy. Which is what it should be anyway. I have developed so much here and I feel supported. The management keeps getting better, Line manager superb and friendly. Workplace culture seems the best I had experienced so far. The hardest part would be the fact that its a bit busier and the most enjoyable is you really feel at home and welcomed with Pure Physiotherapy.
Pros
Concerned about your development.

Loving the role and the support
First contact physio (Current Employee) - London East, Greater London - 17 May 2023
I have been here 4 months now and very happy I made the move. The FCP role is great and the Pure team is very supportive. Daily structured clinical de-brief sessions are brilliant and have really helped me. My line manager is great and touches base with me everyday. Weekly training is also great. Love the genuine team spirit that we have here. Right now I am one very happy physio!
Pros
Support and team spirit
Cons
Fast pace work in the FCP role. Good support is essential

Great place to work
FCP (Current Employee) - Midlands - 12 February 2023
Can be a stressful job but at PURE you never feel like you are going through it on your own. Always an experienced clinician happy to listen and offer support. Loads of CPD, every month there is an evening lecture and quarterly CPD days. A real effort is made to have regular social events to bring everyone together across the company. Great fun and always feel valued!

Wish I had never left!!!!
FCP Physiotherapist (Former Employee) - Liverpool, Merseyside - 20 November 2022
I have recently left Pure physio as I move area and still wanted face to face FCP/Physio work. unfortunately where I moved to Pure did not yet have any local work (would have stayed if I could have!). I have recently started (2 months) with a large private FCP business (not being named here). Unfortunately despite being promised regular support and development opportunities I have not had anything. I am amazed that my current company lied about all the support I would be getting. Pure Physio is completely different it's a brilliant place for support and so much more positive and friendly! I really hope that the opportunity come up for me to return to Pure in the future.

Exemplary employer
Clinical Lead (Current Employee) - East Anglia - 18 November 2022
I have worked as a Physio for 20 years and this is the best job I’ve had. I am part of a team nationally where we support each other and motivate each other to improve clinically and professionally. I would highly recommend working for Pure to be part of a supportive team and to improve clinically as part of an organisation who is at the forefront of the profession.

What a refreshing change! So happy I moved
First Contact Physiotherapist (Current Employee) - Essex - 16 November 2022
I have worked as an FCP for another large national FCP provider for some time before I moved to Pure Physio. I can’t believe the difference here. So much better; management really care and are inspiring to work with. The clinical standards are set really high (which I love) and the support is brilliant. I can see myself developing here for many years to come and hopefully doing my PhD as some of the team are doing currently. So happy I made the move! This place is a breath of fresh air!
