Our mission is simple: to be the best and most loved place for only place for customers to buy, sell, and let their homes. We will achieve this through our amazing people – our #TeamPB – and by living our Purple Promises, which bring us together and ensure we live and breathe the same beliefs and values.

No progression or support
Nothing. Just nothing was done by management to support and we’re incredibly insistent on micro managing everything without actually caring about how the employees feel.

Terrible company- avoid
Terrible hours, expected to be on call 7-days a week. Pull commission for the slightest issue. I wore myself and my car out. I’ve now gone back into regular estate agency. People give me a sideways look if I mention PB.

I appreciated the good times
I appreciated the good times, now the bad times are here and very uncertain on what the future looks like. Would recommend for new people who want to move into estate agency, maybe not for people used to the high street
