Local Property in South West

Unorganised
Very unorganised workplace. Although a good work/life balance is advertised, your work phone has to be constantly on, and you must be contactable at all times (even on days off)Local property agent in Cheshire

Don't bother
Terrible place to work , they sell you a job that states run your own diary then move them goalposts, below minimum wage and daft targets that even when hit don't get paid , management is a shambles that lie to you and make stuff up plus no help left on your own and management don't answer their phone ? Steer well clear of these cowboys as its a disaster . DONT BOTHER ITS TERRIBLE. Property Partner in England

no work life balance and cut throat
not the best company, cut throat, only interested in figures, very little training and expect you to work 6 days a week. new starters with very little training are given same targets as experienced staffLocal Property Partner in North Wales, Chester and Shropshire

Stay away
Beware! You get the big sell on the interview but all they care about is the numbers!! I was put in a very competitive area of the country with very little assistance and then constantly challenged as to why my figures didn’t match other areas. Management is a shambles and pay is awful given the current climate. You WILL end up working everyday. Call Centre Agent in United Kingdom

Working on a Homebase call centre constantly taking calls , constantly being monitored, if u take a few minutes away from your desk they question this, they record your calls and u have to multitask for very low pay , I will not recommend anyone to work here poorly managed it’s like a treadmill extremely high staff turnover and i feel like i am locked up in a cage- this is not a good place for me to be worst of all the pat for call centre staff is the lowest of the lowest unbelievable- I feel stressed, uncomfortable and constantly taking call complaints from customers- there is better jobs out there - stay away - if u want to give up your freedom go to purple bricks - the level of responsibility does not reflect the salary I feel happy to get my freedom back What would you say about your employer?
